STEPS TO REPORT ISSUES

How to report an issue using our Customer Service Feature. If you would like to send a test message, our Customer Service Team will reply to you.

 

1. To Generate a Screenshot select the Camera located on the Right Upper Corner of all Screens.

2.  To contact customer support select the Person Icon located on the Right Upper Corner of all Screens.

3.  Select "New Message"

4. From Select Screenshot List, Click on Screenshot you would like to send

 

5. PLEASE MAKE SURE AFTER SELECTING THE SCREENSHOT YOU DEPRESS THE ATTACH BUTTON (SEE RED ARROW). IF PROPERLY ATTCHED THE SCREENSHOT SELECTED WILL APPEAR UNDER THE SCREEN SECTION (SEE BLUE ARROW)

6. Give a DETAILED Description of the issue you are reporting

In Example:

  1. a. Type of issue reporting
  1. b. Hand Number
  1. c. What steps you did to that issue occurred
  1. d. Please Remember the more information you give will allow our team to fix the issue quickly

 

7. Select Send to have issue sent to Our Customer Service Team
